Mr Doery is an experienced non-executive director and currently serves as Chairman of AFIM Limited, Beveridge Williams Pty Ltd, and Greater Metropolitan Cemetery Trust. He is also a director of Star Service International Pty Ltd and A-Gas Australia Pty Ltd. He has previously served as a director of the Alcohol and Drug Foundation (Chair), Viatek Group, and ASX-listed companies Service Stream Limited (ASX: SSM) and OMI Limited (ASX: OMI).

Mr. Doery’s board experience includes Chair roles of Remuneration, Audit and Risk Committees following a career as a Partner at KPMG and an executive career, including CFO, COO, and CEO roles. Mr Doery was appointed as Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand in 2005, is a Fellow Australian Institute of Company Directors and CEO Circle Chair.

Mr. Doery is Chair of Credit Clear’s Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee.
