Important Update: Credit Clear DTS Platform & Branding Changes

Following the acquisition of DTS (Digital Tech Solutions) by Credit Clear, we are completing a series of branding and digital channel updates that affect our customers, suppliers, and partners. This page outlines what is changing, key dates, and what action (if any) is required from you. You can find the details of DTS acquisition in our official announcement here.

Email Domain Changes

As part of the rebranding and systems alignment:
Our email domain has changed from @illiondts.com to @creditcleardts.com.
Emails sent to @illiondts.com will stop working after 31 May 2026.
Please ensure your address books, allowlists, workflows, and systems are updated to use @creditcleardts.com.

What this means for you:
Continue corresponding with us using the new @creditcleardts.com email addresses.
Update any automated notifications, integrations, or stored contacts that reference the old domain.

Website and URL Changes

URLs using the illionDTS domain will be decommissioned after 30 April 2026.
Customers and partners have been communicated the new Credit Clear DTS URLs, which should be used going forward.
The old illionDTS web addresses will no longer be accessible after this date.

What this means for you:
Please update bookmarks, saved links, and any system references to the new Credit Clear DTS URLs.
If you are unsure which URLs apply to your service or workflow, please contact DTS Support.

Branding and Logo Updates

All illionDTS branding and logos are being phased out.
We are transitioning fully to Credit Clear DTS branding, including updated logos, email signatures, and visual identity.
You may notice updated branding across emails, websites, documentation, and customer-facing materials.

What this means for you:
No action is required from customers, suppliers, or partners.
These branding updates do not impact services, contracts, integrations, or how you engage with DTS.
The changes are purely visual and reflect alignment with the Credit Clear brand.
