In our 1H FY25 investor briefing, we share an update on Credit Clear’s continued evolution as a technology-led receivables management platform and the progress we are making in scaling our digital engagement model.
A key focus for us remains the growth of our digital platform, which enables businesses to engage customers through simple, low-friction digital channels. We continue to see strong adoption of this approach across regulated industries such as utilities, telecommunications, financial services and government. These sectors increasingly require engagement models that deliver both effective recovery outcomes and positive customer experiences.
During the briefing, we also discussed our financial performance for the first half. Revenue growth and a significant improvement in underlying EBITDA reflect both increased client activity and our ability to deepen relationships with existing customers. Rather than relying solely on new client acquisition, our strategy continues to focus on expanding the services we deliver to organisations already working with us.
Our platform remains central to this strategy. By combining digital engagement with our broader ecosystem of services – including collections, legal, field services and business process outsourcing – we are building a scalable model that supports clients across the full receivables lifecycle.
Another theme we highlighted was the importance of measurable outcomes. Our digital engagement approach not only improves recovery performance but also supports better customer sentiment, reflected in the large volume of customer feedback we receive through the platform.
Looking ahead, we see continued opportunity to expand the adoption of digital engagement across existing and new sectors. With ongoing product innovation and a strong pipeline of opportunities, we remain focused on building a sustainable, technology-enabled business that delivers value for our clients, their customers and our shareholders.
