Credit Clear is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Avee Waislitz as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr Waislitz is the Investment Manager at Thorney Investment Group, a well-known institutional investor in Australian capital markets. He brings deep experience in corporate finance and transaction execution, along with substantial board and governance expertise gained over decades of involvement in capital markets and investee companies.
